Luis Carlos is passionate about transformation, excellence, and service. From a young age, he understood that great dreams are not fulfilled by chance, but with determination, discipline, and an attitude that refuses to give up.

His life has been a constant search for growth, learning, and providing real value. With a technical mind and a restless heart, he has developed projects ranging from fast food to additive manufacturing, and has led processes in sectors such as automation and cost engineering within the maquiladora industry.

He is a mechatronics engineer with a master's degree in Productivity and Quality, a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and the host of the podcast "Chicle y Pega," where he talks with leaders who are making an impact in the business world. He is certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and continues to pursue ongoing education because he believes that growth has no end.
